Your mission as Chief Product Officer
You will ensure that our product strategies enable optimal customer experience and product journeys. Equally, you will look globally at the competition to research what global market experts are doing well, investigate market trends, distill down their customers’ behaviour in order to delight them, and ultimately build that into the overall business strategy.
If you look back after one year at FRISS, what will you have achieved?
You defined the strategic direction regarding our product with the leadership team. You have taken responsibility and delivered on the product and underlying technical vision and strategy towards our BHAG. You took on accountability for total cost ownership for product and IT, and did an admirable job at that. The Product Managers and Owners know that you will support them in their ownership of the Product and Services portfolio and roadmap. You have successfully taken on the mantle as head of the Product department with ~15 direct, and a growing number of indirect reports. Finally (though by no means did your achievements end here), you have delighted our Scrum Masters by leading the Product department in Agile product mindset, thus setting an example for others to follow.
Who are you?
- Minimum of 5 years experience as CPO in at least mid-sized companies (150+ employees)
- Subject Matter Expert in insurance fraud detection and prevention
- Proven experience in scaling SaaS based products and companies
- Proven experience in developing the right decision making and collaboration processes for scalable product delivery and growth
- Proven experience in international companies with global expansion
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Global mindset, Europe based
